GENERAL WARNINGS

– The appliance must only be used for the purpose for which it was expressly designed, i.e., as an essence diffuser. Any other use is to be considered improper and therefore dangerous. The importer cannot be held responsible for any damage resulting from improper and erroneous use.

– The appliance is not intended for use by children or persons with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities, or in any case, without specific knowledge and experience, without supervision or instructions for use, provided by a responsible person. The product is not intended for children to play with.

– After removing the packaging, ensure that the appliance is intact and without visible damage. If in doubt, do not use it and contact the retailer.

– Before connecting the appliance, ensure that the electrical data corresponds to that of the power supply.

– Use only and exclusively the power adapter provided. Do not use multiple sockets and/or extension cords.

– Do not wrap the appliance with any material: the heat may not dissipate adequately, which could cause deformation and fire hazards.

– Periodically check the power cord, power outlet, and transformer. Do not use in case of faults or malfunctions.

_ The use of any electrical appliance requires observance of some fundamental rules including: never touch the appliance with wet or damp hands and feet; do not immerse the appliance in water; do not pull the power cord to unplug it from the power outlet; do not leave the appliance exposed to atmospheric agents and keep it away from heat sources; do not allow the appliance to be used by children or incapacitated persons without supervision.

– Do not drop, hit, or shake the appliance, as the internal electronic circuits could suffer irreparable damage.

– Do not operate the appliance when the tank is empty.

– Before performing any cleaning or maintenance operations, the appliance must be disconnected from the electrical power supply by unplugging it.

– Avoid direct steam flow onto electrical devices.

– In case of a fault and/or malfunction of the appliance, it must be switched off and not tampered with.

– If you decide not to use the appliance anymore, it is recommended to dispose of it following proper disposal regulations.



WARRANTY CONDITIONS

The appliance is covered by a legal WARRANTY for a period of two years from the date of purchase for consumer customers. The validity of the warranty must always be proven by a fiscal document (receipt or tax receipt) and exclusively covers all components that are originally defective due to material or manufacturing flaws. Therefore, defects due to wear and tear, accidental breakage, incorrect use of the appliance due to non-observance of the user manual, or negligence in use or maintenance are not covered by the warranty. ALSO EXCLUDED FROM THE WARRANTY ARE: periodic maintenance interventions and the repair or replacement of parts subject to normal wear and tear; any adaptations or modifications made to the product; any physical injuries, accidentally caused or resulting from non-compliant or improper use of the appliance; any damages caused by non-observance of the user manual; repair interventions by unauthorized personnel or by the customer himself; fortuitous events: lightning, floods, fires, etc.
